The management was horrible. They would tell you something is due on the actual day that it is due instead of giving a proper time frame to complete it. They expect you to work long hours and do not care that you have a family at home to take care of. Some nights we had to work until 1am because of lack of communication by the management team to get deadlines completed. If you are an entry level person, you can expect to do all the work and have every one blame you if something was not completed correctly. No direction and no communication. If you want a work life balance - stay the hell away!
