Pros

The only thing good about ACF are the worker bees. We are/were like family. Proud to have work along side all of them.

Cons

Amcor Converter Films Summed Up: (specifically for the Electro Mechanical Role) No structure for advancement. No matrix for expectations. Disorganized parts room. Major benefits taken away while achieving record breaking profits. Reporting less recordable injuries than actual. Upper management/HR blackmailing staff so that they don't talk about certain things. Culture of gossip and lies. Expensive family health insurance with high deductibles and high out of pocket max. Constant theft from the parts room. Constant condescending speech from upper level employees to their low level worker bees. Electro mechanics are not required to have any electrical knowledge or experience yet still are given multimeters and are allowed in high voltage electrical panels - someone is going to get themselves fatally injured if this practice remains their standard practice. I do not recommend. Take the dollar an hour paycut and work for an employer who makes you feel valued. I'm sure their better health insurance and extra weeks of vacation will more than make up for the small loss in pay.
