      ??? benefits are not too bad

      Micro-management at its worst! How many companies do you know of that require every employee to get overtime approval from the plant manager for ANY overtime? Well, that is how this plant is being ran. Many looking at jumping ship. (It appears to be sinking!). Work life balance sucks! Management expects to rush people out at 8 or 12 hours, depending on your shift, then wants you to be on call 24/7.

      Pros

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
