      The people. We had a great group of people working together not against each other.

      No true advancement. Advancement based on favoritism not true qualifications.

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
