      Pros

      Plenty of work and overtime hours. Pretty good 401k company match @ 8% max. Better pay than most manufacturing positions in the area.

      Cons

      Management doesn't walk the walk they talk. Not a good job for a family person with children, you will miss activities with your children.

      Pros

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
