Pros
Kiva is changing the way Internet retail works, not in the web page, but in the huge warehousing and distribution system that gets products to customers on time. We are fielding the largest swarms of mobile robots in the world. There are incredibly sharp technical people working here, and I continue to learn from the old-timers and from newer employees coming in. Love the people at the top and in the trenches.
Cons
Less love for the managers in the middle. After the acquisition by Amazon there was some fearful behavior and turnover, but that seems to have largely settled out for now.
