Cons
-The customer centric front works. Behind the scenes its chaos. The current growth without standardizing and structure brings more chaos. -Intelligent people are hired, under-employed and under-utilized. -Training and development are not a priority at the management levels. -Performance management is a passive aggressive process. It manages nothing and kills morale. -The lack of work/life balance is not worth waiting for the comp. rewards.
