Pros

Industry Reputation: Amazon is a well-known and respected company in the tech industry. Having this name on your resume can open doors and provide credibility in future job searches. Learning Opportunities: Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and large-scale systems can be a great learning experience. Amazon often works on complex projects that can enhance your technical skills. Networking: Working with professionals in the industry and interacting with a large network of colleagues can lead to valuable connections that may help in your future career.

Cons

Intense Work Environment: Amazon is known for its demanding work culture. Some interns may find the fast-paced and high-expectation environment stressful, especially during peak periods. Limited Work-Life Balance: The intense work culture can sometimes result in a limited work-life balance, especially during critical project phases or deadlines. Large Bureaucracy: As a large company, Amazon has a significant level of bureaucracy. This can mean that decision-making processes may be slower, and there may be more layers of approval for certain tasks.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
