Pros
None. It just helped me lose weight But that's it. If.
Cons
Beware to the people who wish to work here. It is NOT the rosy amazing picture that some people try so hard to paint. Despite being Heaven for the blissfully unaware customers that receive their packages anonymously by Amazon, it's absolute Hell every day for the low level grunts such as the stowers and pickers on the floor who gets it to them. You're only seen as a mule or a robot to the floor managers and other higher ups above you. You have no name there except for the i.d numbers that come up whenever they scan your badge, and you're in constant crippling pain all while you're there because of the extreme quotas, unrealistic expectations, and hard labor you're forced to do. The machinery and robots are treated more humane than we are. Nobody truly listens when you genuinely need help with something, and you're always being heavily monitored by floor managers and higher ups every second of the day from when you come in to when you leave, in hopes of catching even the littlest slip up you may do. If they're not doing that, then they're hounding you every 3 minutes about your speed on scanning items...every 10 seconds we have to easily scan EVERYTHING perfectly with no problems. Even the heavy giant items that take a long time to squeeze into the yellow pods. There are so many other things wrong with these warehouses, that it's a really a wonder how Jeff Bezos didn't get caught and hanged by a lynch mob yet! But all I'll say is if i wasn't so desperate to make enough quick cash to move far away from my crazy narcissistic room mate forever then I been would've quit this insane asylum the 3rd day. I've been here 3 months now which is a miracle. I really hope it gets better for me eventually.
