This is only based on experience in SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technologies) organization. -> Extremely hierarchical organization with too many reporting layers. -> Managers are almost untouchable and your personal development and career is extremely limited (if not screwed up) when having a bad or inexperienced manager. Only option is trying to change org or leave Amazon entirely. -> Unclear performance review and evaluation. -> Too many uncompleted (not fully automated) projects resulting in lots of maintenance work and frustration.
