Female vs Male pay upholds the 20% variance the U.S. quotes in unequal pay for equal work. Women must meet 120% of job requirements when applying to internal jobs, men only need about 50% of the required skills or experience. Management will actively promote men over women regardless of experience or ability to deliver results. Divisions are actively competing against one another rather than encouraged to collaborate (which would save the company money in the long-term). If you happen to be the single woman at the L10 or L8 level you'll receive more scrutiny than your male counterparts. If you are a woman, you will need to "fall in line" while you see men with less experience get praise and promotion. Women: Beware!
