      Pros

      Good weekly pay and flexible working. The A to Z app is useful for booking days off and communicating with HR. Flexi time is a big plus, especially if you have an emergency or want to leave early during a shift.

      Cons

      Long shifts can be draining , Limited opportunities in terms of progressing within the company a lot of favouritism

      Cons

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
