Pros
Cool, fun company. Growing like gang busters and lots of opportunity if you can hang on. You have the ability to affect change and try new things.
Cons
Hours are horrible. 13 hours in the building per shift was average and that was "off" peak season. Leadership is by force - fear and senior operations' demands ruled the world. Morale is very low among most of the area managers. Success is a popularity contest based on how long you are willing to work. Site leadership talks about leadership and communication - but the personal actions they provide are militaristic and lack any type of incentive / morale boost for those of us non-military types.
