Pros
-Good company/HR policies. -Chill place for a brief period, if you are n good books of manager/senior manager. -Flexibility provided, but depends on your manager/senior manager. -Ok type pay as per market standards. -Free breakfast,lunch,snack since they want to on-board employees with this image. It's good for bachelors specially. -Good company for Business Analysts, where they learn Airline domain and nurture. But not at all a good place for Coders/ Software Enthusiast professionals, since technology is pretty outdated(15 years).
Cons
-Bossy culture. Have to agree whatever manager/senior manager says, otherwise get ready to be put into PIP(performance improvement plan)/GET FIRED in the next appraisal cycle. -Very poor micro-management. IN/OUT timing to office is being regulated by Senior Managers. -Senior Managers follow favoritism, so good hikes given to those employees who are in his/her good records. -HR peoples and Project Managers are puppets for Senior Manager/Director. -Managers and Senior Managers are less technical who don't understand about technical problems. Technical Professionals should avoid joining the company.
