      Pros

      it is a nice place to start and depending on your position in the company allows you to move up within management.

      Cons

      management is very strict and always keeps a watchful eye on you. it is hard to move up within the company without proper connections.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
