      -Motivated employees and company that always want to do the right thing for the customers -Treat employees with dignity and respect - Fun place to work - Supportive in self and career development opportunities. The company does try to provide challenged, variety assignments for talented employees - Very inclusive and collaborative environment

      Cons

      - Limited career advancement as the company is struggling with the top line results - The prolonged reduction-in-force process results in poor morale

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
