      Pros

      Great people who care about customers and the company. Employees and agents work hard to make sure customers are satisfied and maintained. All want company to grow

      Cons

      Poor Sr. leadership strategy. They are unsure of direction, thus change it every few months and wonder why company is not growing. Currently, they have a quick fix mentality which causes this reactive nature. They are loosing ground quickly within and outside company

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
