      work from home is nice,

      Cons

      nothing they say is true but you don't find out until after training and on the phones when you get the bate and switch. 100 % of IB will be moved to OB per the sales director.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
