      Pros

      Benefits are good. If you keep your head down and mouth shut you'll receive average reviews and raises. But at least you want be treated like a piece of garbage.

      Cons

      Management drives you, lies to you and tells you that there is promise of advancement in your future. Once the task is complete (you know the one that no one wanted to do so you got suckered into it) management forgets you exist.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
