Large Company PTO is generous Traditional Pension in addition to 401K local work environment is great co-workers are good and supportive competent lower management
Cons
Benefits have deteriorated and not longer competitive and more out of pocket from employees without giving them raises. 401K match now based on customer service instead of company financial status means less money Upper management is too focused on process and are out of touch with the field Focus on expense reduction at the expense of employees is not helping the company grow Claims employees now working weekends and holidays Pay once you've reached the mid point is very difficult to increase.
