      Get alot of knowledge. Many different projects and focuses to work on

      Cons

      Salary structure is not in line with market. Removing skills from salary equation is hurting company.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
