      The benefits are great, they seem to support diversity, and are somewhat socially responsible.

      Cons

      They're stock insurance company, which means they're more concerned with pleasing shareholders than policyholders.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
