      Pros

      Great benefits and compensation, especially for someone right out of college. Pretty much everyone is friendly and welcoming, even the VPs that have met me once wave to me in the hallway!

      Cons

      I have not experienced this myself but I have heard that office politics come into play over upward mobility, but it's standard for big companies of this size.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
