      Cons

      Excitement of what you are working on can be dependent on what team you are on. No stock options for L1-L3 afaik.

      Pros

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Cons

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
