      Cons

      Company restructures with frequent layoffs. Inexperienced / unqualified Management Favoritism in promotions / opportunities preventing advancement Forcible relocation into other roles

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Cons

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
