Base pay is too low for today's market - Inbound Sales Representative Allstate Employee Review

Charges are happening so fast, that they are losing site of too many things. Base pay is stuck at 16/hour which is far below what other companies are offering. They seem to be ignoring that it needs to be increased to stay competitive The answer, "you can increase it but increasing sales" it not a good answer, as our sale bonus should be that, a bonus - not what I rely on to compensate me for the 50% of my time I spend, which is really being part of customer service. I gave the low star rating for this reason
