      Pros

      Worked in IT for 21 years...good job stability until times got tough for the corporation. Promotions within were good, pay was good, benefits were expensive but good.

      Cons

      Promotions usually went to those that presented themselves well...not always to the best workers that provided results. Management not always interested in your career desires. Laid off after 21 years of dedicated service. My career was over after a 10 minute meeting.

      Only earn 6 percent on total premium sold. Don’t earn on renewals.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
