Pros
The time off is standard for the industry, however difficult to schedule unless you have senority. Some positions offer flex time. Benefits were industry standard as well.
Cons
The pay is less than industry standard, but may be a good place to get your feet wet. Turnover is very high due to this. Difficult to get a promotion or raise unless you create a developement plan for yourself and jump through many hoops. Constantly changing job procedures.
