      Pros

      Great facilities. Benefits were decent. Good food in on-site cafeteria. People were nice (to your face).

      Cons

      One of the most terribly organized Fortune 500 companies in existence... they 'fired' ~20% of the company in an effort to "resuscitate and consolidate" business (me not included), as well as decreasing/negatively impacting the pension benefits for employees who had already put in 20+ years!

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
