      Some of the people are nice enough.

      Cons

      Large company that can’t get out of its own way. Too many managers, competing silos and ideas, bureaucracy, the usual things you’ll see at a company that’s not going anywhere.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
