      Pros

      Good salary, pleasant co-workers. State of the art equipment.

      Cons

      Do more with less attitude. If 5 employees are doing the job well perhaps one employee could replace all of them. Too much work to get done within normal working hours. Employees remain stressed.

      Pros

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Cons

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
