      Pros

      Good work life balance Flexitime is good although airing from home should be more.widley available. Bennidicts.are very good.

      The performance appraisal is not rewarding and demotivated people. The extra pay through performance appraisal I is very unsattisfacoty and demotivated people to try hardernas the reward is laughable.

      Good benefits and ok PTO

      Cons

      Terrible pay and composition structure. Point bassed systems are only used to screw your sales agents out of money. I doubt they will be around another 50 years. Management proudly says that the way to move up is "be good where you are". Upper management is disproportionately F. All the agents hate the job and its very obvious to see.
