      Pros

      I really can't think of any pros, except if you're desperate and don't care what direction the company is going.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to manage. They just do enough to make sure they receive a paycheck. They're very close to closing down they Wheeling, IL location.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
