      Pros

      Salary and benefits were very good as was the bonus earning potential. The advertising is very good and helps sales.

      Cons

      Poor management , lack of organizational structure and left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. People are treated poorly and fellow employees can isolate you and prevent your success. HR unhelpful

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
