      Family oriented company, employee recognition program a plus, benefits are better than most companies i have worked for

      Outsourcing is a big issue, language barriers, guideline adherence issues

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
