      Pros

      it was one of the best jobs i ever had being that i was a college student, excellent benefits there!

      Cons

      the pay wasnt that well, and didnt like the hours and had to work on holidays since it was an call center

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
