      Pros

      Insurance products are good compared to several other companies. Everyone loves Dennis Haysbert and the campaigns he is running. A good variety of commercial advertising.

      Cons

      From Wilson down, all leadership needs to get a clue. This company is being run into the ground and the reputation is greatly suffering.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
