      The quoting systems that you will utilize with Allstate is top-level in the industry, competitive like Progressive. The PTO is generous, the attendance policy is also generous. High commission potential if you focus and work hard at it

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
