      - Allstate Canada is in the process of outsourcing most Head Office jobs overseas to India - Avoid at all costs if you value job security or being treated with respect - Constant layoffs at all levels of the organization - Less pay than competitors - Unrealistic expectations that are constantly changing - Out of touch higher ups - Loyalty not rewarded, not even with a stable job

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
