Pros
Having a job, Company equipment normally is trendy and up to date (at least at my account)
Cons
Managers cater to workers who preferably speak Spanish. I later learned Spanish while working at the company. The managers make friendships with workers in order to get the inside scoop on people they want to fire, and will set up workers if they really want them gone. The company policies and constantly changing, and not updated for workers to keep up with them. They also overwork employees and try to silence anyone who speaks up for a raise. Highly trained, educated, seasoned workers, or anyone else with maturity often have to work with immature adults who lie and do the bidding of managers for special benefits "extra time on lunch break, shift changes, etc." Working for this company is like watching a Game of Thrones episode. They talk the talk during orientation and during interviews... but you know nothing John Snow. Oh, if you report any of the managers to HR best believe the managers will know. DON'T BELIEVE LIES ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY. HR will call your manager about whatever is reported to them.
