Pros

Weekends off, decent company to work for when it was just Allied Barton

Cons

Since the merger with Universal, they did away with the vacation pay and overtime is rarely offered anymore, and with overtime that you do get, they never pay you correctly. I also heard from my friends who works as armed guards, that they had to take a drastic pay cut or quit the company.

Pros

Easy work to do; good management

Not many cons. It was a great place to work and they are transparent with pay.

Pros

Some of the people you meet are cool and you make real good connections with the professional guards (not a lot, but i got lucky)

Cons

*Management doesn't answer their phones *Management don't want to help you address the issues onsite unless the manager of that site has an issue. *Rude and non responsive office. *Operations managers and client managers are useless. (Their assistants do a better job than they do) *The guards are not the priority to management and the company. Very childish and hostile environment. *A lack of structure, communication and support.
