      -skilled and enthusiastic people willing educate others and share what they learn everyday -wonderful human values. I made bonds that are still strong after years -multi cultural environment -easy to get involved in successful and interesting projects with time -good communication in Allegro makes it easy to work remotely

      Cons

      when I was the belt was tight and the salary was low unless you asked for increases but I have heard that changed
