You get to learn a lot of technical stuff. I get to use some knowledge I learned from college. I improved my test instrument, programming, and statistics skills.
Cons
Salary is mid compared to other semiconductor manufacturing companies in the Philippines. Benefits are mid. No opportunity for WFH. Work is fast paced and stressful. You'll be required to render OT most of the time.
