      Pros

      They try to improve the management. Most of the managers since came from different company do have different approach in managing.

      Cons

      Some managers are to demanding in time cycle even if the project are not really urgent. They even change data just to make cycle time looks acceptable not realizing the over impact of their action not only to the company but also for the employee trying their best to commit what their boss commit to the customers.
