      Good career opportunities, constantly learning from the experts you work with

      Cons

      Leave policies in London aren’t competitive. ‘Break for you’ = code for unpaid leave. Sabbatical only available to Directors. Paternity leave a long way behind the competition at only 2 weeks (other uk companies offering 6 months on full pay!). Work to be done here

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Parental leave policies vary by country. In the UK, in addition to 2 weeks paternity leave, eligible employees are entitled to up 50 weeks shared parental leave, paid at full pay for the first 20 weeks.       - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
