      Pros

      AlixPartners has some amazing core values that you can see are important to Senior Leaders. Communication is well thought out and a lot goes into making an effort to ensure all questions are answered clearly. AlixPartners has strong processes and policies that make normal yearly cycles easy to follow.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
