      I find that AlixPartners truly cares about their employees. Especially when it comes to career development and letting you take charge of what you want to do and work on.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
