      Pros

      There are great people working here and the company tries their best to take care of them. They have good benefits and training opportunities.

      Cons

      There is a lot of inter departmental corporate politics you have to deal with. Also, the most important people in the company are the consultants that deal with clients. This means other departments are sometimes under funded or struggling.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
