      - Higher comp than other firms (high bonus) - No up or out - Access to senior experts due to the "diamond" staffing model

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
