      Smart People, Great Clients, Genuine CXO & Board influence, Great inclusive and friendly culture, Good extra curricular community based groups focussed on socially responsible issues

      Cons

      Requires commitment as delivering "when it really matters" can mean long hours for short periods, though for me that's just part of strategic consulting in general.

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      Cons

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
